Connect with like-minded businesses over great coffee on the morning of Friday 18 November (from 8am to 9,30am) and see how you could collaborate, share information and intelligence on the green, climate resilient and low-carbon agenda.

Hosted by ClimateNE, ConnectFriday is the first informal gathering for like-minded businesses. It is being held because businesses in North East England have told us that an opportunity to meet informally on a ‘no-strings’ basis would be useful.   

While there will be no presentations or formalities, this first gathering will provide you the opportunity to hear briefly from two business people who have been introduced via ClimateNE and now are working in collaboration on some exciting projects.

ClimateNE can ‘match’ and facilitate introductions to other businesses where possible. Just email Jennifer.atkinson@northeastcouncils.gov.uk with details of the kind of business that you would like to meet. You will also be given the opportunity to feedback and tell us if the event (format, name, style and so on) works for you to help us shape future meetings.

While we are not charging for attending this event, a £10 fee will be applicable if you do not notify us that you can not attend 24 hours in advance.
